We use premium pork and we subtly spice with cracked and ground fennel and just a tiny touch of chili flake. This time-tested recipe has proven itself to be perfect so we aren't looking to reinvent the wheel. Great on its own, grilled and served with peppers and onions or removed from the casing and browned to go on a signature pizza. We use 100% natural pork casing on this sausage for that characteristic snap you only get from natural casings.”
