Baby Back Ribs (1 rack)

These Baby Back Ribs from Beeler’s come off the backside of the pork loin and are universally considered to be among the tastiest cuts available for traditional barbecued ribs. Each rack averages around 2 lbs each and they are very meaty. 

Smoke these low and slow with your favorite rib rub or just salt and pepper for a dramatic, fall-off-the-bone experience. We like to cook these at around 250 degrees over 4.5 to 5 hours using sweet fruitwood like apple or cherry. You will love these ridiculously delicious ribs!
