Lobster Roll Kit

No need to travel to the northeast! Seafood lovers… enjoy fresh-caught Maine Lobster in a classic Lobster Roll! Simply mix this flavorful claw and knuckle meat with:

• 2/3 cup mayonnaise (Use Dukes. Trust us.)
• 4 tsps fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 cup chopped celery (use the tender inner stalks)
• 2 tsps chopped fresh parsley
• 4 teaspoons finely minced green onions
• add salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste
